Central Park, Easy Park and South Central Park still open • Glacier Park will open again from May 25 exclusively for elooa CAMP GOOD TIMES by NITRO SNOWBOARDS

Spring has arrived down in the valley, but at the Snowpark Kitzsteinhorn near Zell am See-Kaprun, Austria, the freestyle action continues: Central Park, South Central Park and Easy Park are still open until May 1, 2022, making them the ideal playground for all those who still want to indulge in their freeski or snowboard passion! And if that is not enough, you can look forward to the elooa Camp Good Times by Nitro Snowboards, for which Glacier Park will be exclusively prepared again from May 25 to 29, 2022.

The popular Superpipe on the Kitzsteinhorn has closed on April 25, 2022, but just as the Glacier Park, it will reopen in the fall. Then, as in the previous years, the Superpipe Training Weeks are planned. They regularly attract international halfpipe top stars who want to fine tune their tricks before the start of the contest season.

For this season’s final, the snowpark team around head shaper Wolfgang Hilberger has once again optimized the features of the Snowpark Kitzsteinhorn. At Central Park, a varied and challenging set-up with 10 obstacles expects the riders, including 4 kickers between 5 and 13 meters as well as a knuckle, a quarter tube, a 10-meter down rail and a rainbow rail.

The set-up of the South Central Park consists of 10 obstacles. In addition to an 11-meter down flat down and other rails, there are several tubes and a wallride jib. The South Central Park is immediately followed by the 16 elements of the Easy Park. Besides boxes, tubes and rails, it also offers an Easy Kicker Line which is perfect for beginners and advanced riders to learn new tricks or to improve their skills. At the end of the Easy Park, the Hip Jump takes you into Central Park enabling you to do a load of obstacles in just one run!

The elooa Camp Good Times by Nitro Snowboards from May 25 to 29, 2022, will mark the definite final of the season. For this highlight, many of the international stars of the Nitro Snowboards Team will travel to Kaprun to share the fun of snowboarding with the participants of the snowboard camp. A creative and playful snowpark will be built in the Glacier Park area especially for the Nitro team and the participants. In addition, numerous novelties await you: you can choose between different packages and accommodations from camping to hotel. On the mountain, there will be sessions with the elooa coaches to improve your skills, “Battle the Pros” contests with great prizes, as well as photo and film shoots with the Nitro pros and Europe’s elite photographers and filmmakers.
