What difficulties did you face filming Relapse due to Covid-19?

We were lucky that we could stay in Laax for the most part of the season. We did a little trip to Austria for a few days and then we ended the season in Riksgränsen. Normally we travel a bit more but we were fortunate that we could be in the mountains and snowboard.

What tricks are you most stoked on in your part and what is your favourite part of the video?
I’m so hyped on all the parts in the movie but if I had to choose one it has to be Ludde. I’m so impressed by him, he’s the most motivated and hardest working guy in the crew. I’m sure you can tell when you watch his part :)

How did the idea of that intro come about and how long did it take to film?
My older brother Andreas has a production company called Superstudio. He’s been helping out with intros before as well.
For this year we wanted to do a little extra and started brainstorming ideas with him. We knew from the beginning that we wanted to be old people in a in a rehab centre since our last movie was called Betty Ford and the new one Relapse. Superstudio set everything up and a few weeks later we shot in this mansion for 21 hours straight and the next day we did a couple of hours in their studio. We were mind blown when they came out with the final intro haha.

What was the craziest thing to happen during the filming process?
Probably Ulrik’s fall in his intro haha. I couldn’t watch it with my own eyes but I probably watched it a thousand times when I was editing haha.

What difficulties did you face filming Relapse due to Covid-19?

That there were no parties jk lol. No, I think all the countries being closed and not being able to go where the snow was.

What tricks are you most stoked on in your part and what is your favourite part of the movie?
Hmm either the double cliff drop or the front flip 360 front flip tomahawk STOMP. The best part is of course Ludde’s insane double part, but I really enjoy Tor’s part too <3

What was the craziest thing to happen during the filming process?
When Sebbe passed out in the quarter pipe from lack of air, He had a heavy crash in the QP in Riksgränsen and he got winded so badly he passed out.

What do you want people to feel when watching this?
I want them to feel the urge to go ride with friends and have fun.🍻🍹

What difficulties did you face filming Relapse due to Covid-19?
We just travelled less to be honest. Most of the movie was filmed in Switzerland and Sweden, which are both my homes and I actually enjoyed not travelling too much to other countries and instead explored new zones at home. We had good snow and little stress :)

What tricks are you most stoked on in your part and what is your favourite part of the video?
I’m stoked on my Mctwist, I was really surprised it worked out on that jump and it was first try so I got a good feeling for that clip :) Ludde has my favourite part!

What was the craziest thing to happen during the filming process?
Ulrik’s intro clip haha!

What difficulties did you face filming Relapse due to Covid-19?
The travel restrictions, but it was also nice in a way. To be based in Laax and do small trips from there, I ended up boarding way more than in previous years.

What tricks are you most stoked on in your part and what is your favourite part of the video?
I don’t have a specific one I can think of but my favourite part of the movie has to be Ulrik’s intro.

What was the craziest thing to happen during the filming process?
I think the craziest part is how good it works to spend the whole winter together in Laax. We never get tired of each other and we always had a good time, whether if we were boarding or not. It was my first year filming with them and I’ve never had this much fun during a season. It’s like you’re on trip you never want to leave, I think the whole crew can agree with that.

How does it feel to have last part, did you know that before you saw the movie for the first time or was it a surprise?
Tor and Kevin told me this summer. But I don’t think it matters that much for a movie like this, we’re such a small crew. But It’s always nice of course when people appreciate what you put in.

What difficulties did you face filming Relapse due to Covid-19?
Travelling wasn’t easy as we all know. I planned to go to the US for one contest but when I was there, restrictions were changing, I ended up staying in the US for 2months to avoid quarantines. I spent some time in Salt lake and did 2 trips with DC, where I scrambled some clips. Unfortunately I missed out riding with the crew a lot this year. Definitely making up for it this year!

What tricks are you most stoked on in your part and what is your favourite part of the video?
I like the sbs 5 I filmed in Idaho, felt good :) the front flip on pyramid was one for the feels too.
My favourite part of the movie is Ulrik’s opener shot, he gets up still holding the beer like nothing happened! Love it! Also Ludde killed it this year and his part is the best❤️

What was the craziest thing to happen during the filming process?
In may, we all went to Riksgransen for the last bit of snow the season. One day we set up the classic quarter pipe. I got buckled on the take off and scorped the landing. I knocked the wind out of myself so hard I couldn’t breath in time and I passed out. I ended up being fine but I was definitely shook.
