Freestyle at its best! The 2025 LAAX OPEN presented by Zalando will go down from January 14th to 18th

Who else but LAAX has been dishing out freestyle for more than three decades as well as providing the right infrastructure for it? Both on the mountain and in the valley, the destination Flims Laax is pioneering and has a decisive influence on freestyle development.

At the LAAX OPEN, this culminates in performances from the latest of the greatest from international snowboarders and freeskiers: be it on the slopestyle course and in the superpipe on Crap Sogn Gion or off and over the rails in the rocksresort. Progressive freestyle sport is a way of life at the LAAX OPEN, which includes ambience and lifestyle provided by establishments such as Caffè NoName, Indy Bar and Snake Bar, live acts in the Event Village, and an exhibition in the Riders Art Space. And! In the middle of it all, playful tricks on the P60, the legendary freestyle downhill run to LAAX.

They'll be back for the 10th anniversary – the Olympians, world champions, newcomers in snowboarding and freeskiing, including the FIS Freestyle World Cup circuit.

Scotty James, three-time LAAX OPEN halfpipe champion, raves about the event: “I love coming to Laax. It's an incredible atmosphere. The crowd is always crazy. It adds an extra flair. It’s definitely an entertainer’s halfpipe. It’s a place where you want to be.”
